Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Consultant Reproductive Medicine Specialist to join a leading fertility and women’s health center in Dubai. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive reproductive and fertility care, with a strong focus on infertility evaluation, assisted reproductive technologies (ART), and individualized fertility treatment plans.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive consultation and management of female and male infertility.
• Perform fertility assessments, including detailed reproductive history, clinical examination, hormonal evaluation, and relevant investigations.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and reproductive goals.
• Manage ovulation induction, intrauterine insemination (IUI), IVF, and ICSI treatment pathways.
• Perform and interpret transvaginal ultrasound and follicular monitoring.
• Manage patients undergoing controlled ovarian stimulation and monitor treatment response.
• Provide counseling regarding fertility preservation, egg freezing, embryo freezing, and reproductive options.
• Manage recurrent implantation failure, recurrent pregnancy loss, and other complex reproductive conditions.
• Collaborate with embryologists, geneticists, gynecologists, and other multidisciplinary fertility specialists.
• Participate in multidisciplinary case discussions and contribute to clinical protocols and quality improvement.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and provide patient-centered, evidence-based care.
• Stay updated with advances in assisted reproductive technology and reproductive medicine.

Requirements

• MBBS/MD or equivalent medical degree.
• Recognized specialist/consultant qualification in Obstetrics & Gynecology and/or Reproductive Medicine.
• Fellowship or advanced training in Reproductive Medicine/Infertility is highly desirable.
• Valid DHA (Dubai Health Authority) license/eligibility or eligibility to obtain one.
• Significant post-specialization experience in reproductive medicine and fertility care.
• Strong clinical experience in IVF/ICSI, fertility assessment, ovarian stimulation, and ultrasound-guided fertility management.
• Excellent communication and patient counseling skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary fertility team.
