Are you a recent Master’s graduate in a STEM field—such as Chemistry, Physics, Biology, Pharmacy, or Engineering, looking to move from academia into industry, but unsure where to start?

We’re opening a new position for Consultants in Quality Risk Management at Innerspace.
Our Frame-by-Frame team is built to develop the next generation of experts in pharmaceutical manufacturing and Quality Risk Management. You’ll work at the intersection of pharma and advanced software solutions, gaining hands-on experience while contributing to high-impact projects.

Tasks

We’re looking for individuals who are:

• Comfortable in customer-facing settings, with the ability to communicate complex topics clearly and professionally
• Self-driven, with a strong sense of ownership

This role is designed as a launchpad into the industry, offering both deep technical exposure and a clear development path.

Requirements

• MSc graduates in Chemistry, Physics, Engineering, Biology, Pharmacy or similar
• Data-driven, open-minded, with great attention to detail
• Strong communication skills and team spirit
