We’re committed to attracting dedicated Psychiatrists who want to make a meaningful impact. As part of your welcome to the team, you’ll receive a generous sign‑on bonus, up to $25,000:

  • 0.2 FTE: $15,000 ($5,000 at 6 months + $10,000 at 12 months)
  • 0.4–0.5 FTE: $25,000 ($10,000 at 6 months + $15,000 at 12 months)

Provide expert clinical care, lead a multidisciplinary team, and empower young people and families on their recovery journey.

What You’ll Do:

  • Assess, diagnose, and treat early psychosis
  • Guide clinical care from intake to discharge
  • Provide leadership, supervision, and training
  • Drive quality improvement and research

What you’ll bring:

  • Fellowship with RANZCP and current AHPRA registration
  • Expertise in assessment, diagnosis, and treatment
  • Experience in youth mental health, including supporting diverse and vulnerable populations
  • Strong leadership and collaboration skills
  • Accredited RANZCP supervisor for registrars in training
