Your new role
As a Consultant in Promotional Review Services (PromoMats), you will govern centralized Digital Asset Management (DAM) services within Veeva Vault PromoMats – ensuring the integrity, accessibility, compliance, and lifecycle management of approved content and supporting materials across the global organisation. You will be at the intersection of content excellence, technology, and compliance, playing a critical role in how Novo Nordisk delivers high-quality promotional and non-promotional materials to markets worldwide.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Serving as the Subject Matter Expert for DAM within Veeva Vault PromoMats, including management of assets, components, references, claims, and brand portals – governing content libraries and metadata standards to ensure discoverability, reusability, and compliance
Performing scientific and editorial quality control reviews, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and adherence to approved source references, claims, key messages, and brand guidelines prior to submission
Leading initiatives focused on vault optimisation, content hygiene, taxonomy enhancements, and scalable library structures to improve operational efficiency across the global content supply chain
Evaluating, piloting, and scaling automation, AI, and GenAI use cases within PromoMats and related content ecosystems to continuously improve content operations
Coordinating with Brand Teams, Medical, Regulatory, Legal, and agency stakeholders to support timely review and approval of materials – managing incoming asset and reference approval requests from assigned global brands and affiliates
Strategically prioritising tasks across a diverse workload, proactively recommending process improvements to streamline operations and reduce lead time within the Veeva PromoMats platform
Managing system reporting and dashboards to monitor data quality, content performance, compliance metrics, and overall vault health

Within this area, the Promotional Review Services team helps build compliant, high-quality materials by providing submission support, digital asset governance, and scientific editorial expertise. Through lean library management and streamlined review processes, PRS accelerates time-to-market while maintaining regulatory compliance. You will join a team that is driving meaningful change – centralised reference and asset management is a new and rapidly evolving service established to enable Novo Nordisk's future global omnichannel vision, and your contributions will have a direct impact on the global business.
Your skills & qualifications
We're looking for a proactive, detail-oriented professional who thrives at the intersection of content operations, technology, and compliance. You'll bring with you:
A Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, science, or engineering, combined with 5+ years of relevant experience in content review/management and content production – preferably in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry
Experience in Veeva PromoMats operations and digital asset management, with administrator-level platform experience considered a strong advantage
Knowledge of the Legal and Regulatory landscape pertaining to pharmaceutical marketing, including Medical/Legal/Regulatory (MLR) processes
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to take a holistic view of the business, identify improvement opportunities, and drive solution-finding to complex problems independently
Outstanding communication and stakeholder engagement skills – with the ability to align diverse stakeholders, manage expectations across time zones, and win people over when introducing new concepts, practices, and approaches
