The role of Consultant for the CRO for Colombia must help to ensure strategic alignment and operational efficiency. This position demands a dynamic and proactive person capable of navigating regional dynamics. To be successful, the person must be comfortable working in different projects/workstreams at the same time and at different levels of detail and, enjoy structuring and tracking local and regional initiatives. Excellent communication and presentation skills needed.

What You'll Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics,Financeor other related discipline

  • Must be 100% fluent in English and Spanish

  • Must have at least 3-4 years of general business work with experience on strategy development, background in Consulting is desired

  • Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, mixed with sound business judgement

  • Excellent project management capabilities and high attention to detail; comfortable prioritizing, working under deadlines and producing key deliverables

  • Strong communicationand interpersonal skills, capable of engaging stakeholders at all levels

  • Cultural sensitivity and adaptability to diverse market environments

  • Team worker and ability to make things happen withing the organization

  • Proven ability to quickly grasp industry and business-wide concepts to assess implications to drive actions and capitalize on opportunities

  • Must be proficient with Excel,PowerPointand the Office Suite applications

  • Collaborate with theCROand senior leadershipto develop and implement strategies that align with corporate goals and reflect Colombia’s market dynamics

  • Support the strategic planning process, considering Regional and Internationalobjectives, and drive the preandpostworkfor all planning sessions

  • Act as a liaison across teams,facilitatingcommunication, alignment, andknowledgesharingto harmonize efforts and elevate best practices

  • Overseehighcomplexityprojectsacross both Run and Grow agendas, ensuring effective execution, disciplined project management, and achievement of targeted outcomes

  • Developexecutivereadycontentincluding business updates, quarterly sales reviews, performance insights, SteerComaterials, and preparation forInternationalvisits

  • Create and maintainforwardlookingperformance indicators, dashboards, and tools that enable proactivedecisionmakingand strategic adjustments

  • Track and coordinate execution of key initiatives, ensuringtimelydelivery, clear accountability, and visibility across workstreams

  • Contributeinleadinggovernance routinessuch as SteerCos, weekly business reviews, and operating cadences;maintainrisk logs, decision logs, and structured project documentation

  • Identifyand managecrossteamdependencies, escalating where necessary

  • Contributeinensuring alignment crossstakeholders,followupon commitments, and effectivecrossfunctionalcollaboration

  • Perform other related duties as assigned, includingadhocanalyses, special projects
