Consultant will execute improvement projects leveraging lean, six sigma and projects management skills for enhancing operational excellence and executing on organization transformation road map.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Independently lead process improvement projects for :
enhancing efficiency
designing new products & processes
conducting focused data analysis and research
large-scale mapping of end-to-end processes across teams/ locations
Prepare project story board to highlight progress and findings
Conduct governance calls with stakeholders leveraging project story board
Estimate project benefits and track them for realization
Work with business leaders to implement recommendations to achieve the project goals
Design lean six sigma training programs to drive the culture of continuous improvement
Guide improvement projects initiated by employees
Conduct lean six sigma training programs
Enhance process excellence teams capability to deliver through suitable digital initiatives leveraging web, SharePoint and other cloud-based platforms.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Full time bachelor’s degree in engineering, analytics, business or Science with Masters in Business Administration from a reputed institute
Experience in retirement services domain
Minimum 10 years of experience in financial services industry
Track record of strong process improvement and project management
Black Belt certified with at least 2 years post certification project experience
Comfortable working with large amount of data, graphical and statistical tools
Excellent presentation, analytical and problem-solving skills
Self-starter, quick learner and ability to work with virtual teams
Strong communication skills to coordinate with virtual project teams
Ability to work with senior stakeholders.

Work shift has considerable overlap with US timings
Stakeholder management skills are required to engage with Senior US leaders & Process owners Scope out and deliver the projects
This is an individual contributor role
Requires working on large process improvement projects in multiple business areas across Empower for process improvement, process design and data analysis & research
