Job Title: DWP SME (Digital Well Program)

Location: Pau, France (with travel as required)

Position Summary

The EDT / DWP Subject Matter Expert (SME) is a client-facing technical and consulting role responsible for supporting the deployment, adoption, optimization, and continuous improvement of Digital Well Program (DWP) solutions for a customer based in Pau, France.

Under general to limited supervision, the DWP SME applies strong domain expertise in drilling/workflow digitalization and Landmark technologies to help clients improve planning quality, collaboration, execution efficiency, and consistency of well delivery processes. The role works closely with customers, internal consulting teams, product teams, and account stakeholders to define requirements, configure solutions, deliver training, workshops, support change management, and ensure sustainable adoption.

The EDT / DWP SME serves as the focal point for DWP best practices in client, contributing to project execution excellence, technical assurance, and business growth.

Responsibilities

Experience

Required

  • 5+ years experience in one or more of the following:

drilling engineering / well planning / well delivery workflows

Preferred

  • 7+ years relevant industry / consulting experience
  • Hands-on experience with Landmark solutions and digital workflow deployment
  • Experience in change management, user training, and cross-functional project delivery
  • Experience of working with operators/service companies in international environments

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Technical / Domain

  • Strong understanding of drilling and well planning / execution workflows using Landmark Engineer’s Desktop Suite.
  • Good understanding of digital workflow design, process mapping, and user adoption challenges
  • Familiarity with Landmark/Halliburton digital ecosystem and consulting delivery practices
  • Ability to translate operational/business needs into technical solution requirements

Consulting / Delivery

  • Workshop facilitation, requirements gathering, and stakeholder management
  • Technical presentation and whiteboarding skills
  • Problem-solving and issue triage in customer-facing environments
  • Ability to manage own workload, priorities, and deadlines across multiple projects

Communication

  • Clear verbal and written communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Ability to communicate business value of technology solutions (productivity, standardization, traceability, collaboration)

Language

  • English: Professional working proficiency required.
  • French: Highly desirable

Qualifications

  • Requires a completion of an undergraduate degree in geo-science, engineering, computer science or business and a minimum of 8 years of experience.
