We are currently looking for a Consultant Paediatric Cardiac Anesthesia for a leading healthcare organization in Abu Dhabi. MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITIES • Supports departmental initiatives and hospital clinical governance policies. • Participates in performance management and quality improvement initiatives. • Works collaboratively with cardiac surgery and intensive care teams. CLINICAL RESPONSIBILITIES • Provide anesthesia care for paediatric cardiac surgeries including complex congenital heart procedures. • Manage anesthesia during cardiac catheterization and transplant procedures. • Monitor and manage critically ill paediatric cardiac patients perioperatively. • Participate in multidisciplinary cardiac surgical team meetings. • Supervise junior physicians and anesthesia staff.
