We are currently looking for a Consultant General Surgeon with Fellowship in Trauma Surgery for a leading healthcare organization in Al Ain . MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITIES • Supports hospital policies and quality improvement initiatives. • Participates in clinical governance and peer review processes. • Provides leadership within the surgical department. CLINICAL RESPONSIBILITIES • Manage surgical trauma cases including abdominal and emergency surgical conditions. • Perform complex trauma surgeries. • Participate in emergency and on-call coverage. • Work collaboratively with emergency medicine and intensive care teams. • Supervise junior surgical staff.
