Sales Representative Profile

Team Overview

The Sales Representative is part of the Commercial Team, reporting directly to the Commercial Manager This role collaborates closely with distributors, dealers, and customers to ensure strong market penetration and sustainable growth. The team’s mission is to deliver exceptional customer service, drive revenue growth, and maintain operational excellence across assigned territories.

Job Purpose

Responsible for developing and executing a sales strategy for the assigned territory, ensuring customer satisfaction, and achieving business objectives. The role requires a customer-centric approach, proactive decision-making, and strong relationship-building skills.

Key Responsibilities

1. Customer Intimacy

  • Conduct frequent customer visits and respond promptly to requests.
  • Provide technical support and coordinate sales training sessions.
  • Handle claims and prepare special quotations.

2. Sales Follow-Up

  • Track business KPIs and maintain accurate sales forecasts.
  • Focus on product mix across families: Copper, Aluminum, MMS
  • Ensure compliance with pricing guidelines and commercial policies.
  • Prepare quotes for new business development and project opportunities.

3. Market Knowledge

  • Analyze Scope of Work (SOW), competitors, and market size.
  • Identify new opportunities and prospects to expand market share.

4. Operational Excellence

  • Update CRM daily with customer visits and pipeline opportunities.
  • Support financial department in achieving DSO goals by monitoring collections and payment tracking.

Knowledge Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related fields (Marketing, Finance, Accounting, Economics).
  • 0–3 years of experience (industrial or electrical sector experience is a plus).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Access).
  • Experience in cross-functional team collaboration.
  • Intermediate English proficiency.
