We are seeking an experienced Consultant Orthopedic Surgeon to join a leading healthcare facility in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive orthopedic care, manage complex musculoskeletal conditions, and perform surgical procedures within their area of expertise.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct orthopedic consultations, assessments, and follow-ups.
• Diagnose and manage a wide range of orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions.
• Develop individualized surgical and non-surgical treatment plans.
• Perform orthopedic surgical procedures within the scope of practice.
• Review and interpret relevant imaging and diagnostic investigations.
• Provide post-operative care and follow-up.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary medical teams.
• Maintain accurate patient records and clinical documentation.
• Participate in quality improvement and patient safety initiatives.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior medical staff.

Requirements

Qualifications

• Medical degree with a recognized postgraduate qualification in Orthopedic Surgery.
• Eligibility for Consultant Orthopedic Surgeon classification under applicable UAE PQR requirements.
• Valid DOH licence/eligibility or willingness to complete the required licensing process.
• Relevant post-specialization clinical experience.
• Strong surgical, clinical, communication, and decision-making skills.
