What will your typical day look like?

As a Consultant, you will be actively involved in the day-to-day accounting cycle and play a key role in supporting clients’ finance operations. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Performing core accounting activities such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger entries, and bank and account reconciliations
  • Supporting month-end and year-end close processes, including preparation of journal entries, working papers, and financial reports
  • Assisting with the preparation and analysis of financial statements in accordance with relevant accounting standards
  • Collaborating with clients and internal teams to understand accounting requirements, address operational pain points, and ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal controls for all accounting processes
  • Preparing and delivering clear documentation, client updates, and presentations as needed
  • Contributing to the development of best practices, templates, and knowledge sharing within the team

Enough about us, let’s talk about you

You are an accounting and finance professional with the following qualifications and attributes:

  • Bachelor’s or College degree in Accounting or Business
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in accounting or finance operations, including exposure to month-end close, reconciliations, and financial reporting
  • Familiarity with core accounting processes such as AP/AR, general ledger maintenance, and financial statement preparation
  • Strong technical skills in accounting and a keen attention to detail
  • Analytical thinker with effective problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client service mindset
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment
  • Intermediate level of Microsoft 365 proficiency (e.g. Excel, Outlook, Word & PowerPoint)

Total Rewards


The salary range for this position is $61,000 - $91,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
