The successful candidates will be responsible for diagnosing, managing, and treating patients with various malignancies. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver individualized treatment plans and support patient recovery and wellbeing.

Responsibilities:

• Assess and diagnose oncology patients through clinical evaluations and appropriate investigations.
• Develop and implement treatment protocols including chemotherapy, immunotherapy, and other modalities.
• Monitor patient progress and manage treatment-related side effects efficiently.
• Provide expert advice to patients and families, guiding them through complex treatment options with compassion.
• Coordinate care with other specialists for comprehensive patient management.
• Participate in clinical audits, quality improvement processes, and relevant oncology research.
• Keep abreast of innovations in oncological treatments and protocols.

Requirements

• Medical degree with board certification in Oncology.
• Proven clinical experience as a Consultant Oncologist, preferably within the private healthcare sector.
• Expertise in contemporary oncology therapies and patient management.
• Excellent patient communication skills and a compassionate approach.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
• Strong organizational and clinical decision-making capabilities.
• Commitment to continuous professional development and involvement in oncology research.
