RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support end to end implementation of SAP TM projects, including requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post–go live support.
  • Drive master data readiness by closely collaborating with BPM, Logistics and BL SCM colleagues to ensure all transportation- and LLP related master data is complete, accurate.
  • Contribute to the rollout and implementation of LLP operating models across APAC, ensuring operational processes, master data, and system readiness are in place.
  • Collaborate with 3PL/4PL partners to design detailed processes, define integration interfaces, and establish service performance metrics.
  • Coordinate and/or lead workshops, training sessions, and alignment meetings with business users, Logistics teams, BL SCM stakeholders, and external logistics partners.
  • Ensure high quality project documentation, including process flows, configuration guides, test scripts, and UAT outcomes, while supporting change management activities.
  • Monitor system performance and business usage, identifying improvement opportunities and proposing SAP TM or process enhancements.
  • Align APAC business requirements with global SAP TM templates and ensure consistent deployment methodology across countries and business units.
  • Support and drive continuous improvement through analyze transportation KPIs and implement saving initiatives together with logistics team and BL SCM colleagues.

REQUIREMENTS

  • The ideal candidate for the TM Process Specialist position should possess the following qualifications and competencies:

    Educational Background Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field. SAP TM certification is a plus.

    Experience Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on experience in SAP Transportation Management (TM) implementation and logistics operations.

    Technical Expertise Strong knowledge of SAP TM processes, including configuration, master data management, and integration interfaces.

    Project Management Skills Proven ability to manage end-to-end SAP TM implementation projects, including requirement gathering, solution design, testing, and deployment.

    Collaboration Skills Experience working with cross-functional teams, including BPM, Logistics, BL SCM, and external logistics partners (3PL/4PL).

    Analytical Capabilities Ability to analyze transportation KPIs, identify improvement opportunities, and implement cost-saving initiatives.

    Documentation Skills Proficient in creating high-quality project documentation, such as process flows, configuration guides, test scripts, and UAT outcomes.

    Change Management Understanding of change management principles and experience supporting training sessions, workshops, and alignment meetings.

    Global Perspective Familiarity with aligning regional business requirements with global SAP TM templates and methodologies.

    Communication Skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively coordinate with internal teams and external partners across diverse regions.
