The role involves providing advanced clinical care for high-risk pregnancies, utilizing cutting-edge diagnostic tools and multidisciplinary collaboration to ensure optimal maternal and fetal outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed fetal ultrasound scanning and prenatal diagnostic procedures.
• Assess and manage complex maternal and fetal conditions in high-risk pregnancies.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including obstetrics, neonatology, and genetics services.
• Offer counseling and support to patients regarding diagnosis, treatment options, and outcomes.
• Lead and contribute to ongoing clinical research and quality improvement initiatives.
• Mentor junior clinicians and support clinical governance activities.

Requirements

• Experience in advanced fetal imaging and prenatal diagnostics.
• Strong communication skills with ability to explain complex clinical information clearly and empathetically.
• Demonstrated teamwork and leadership capabilities within multidisciplinary clinical settings.
• Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
• Prior experience in private healthcare environments considered advantageous.

Requirements

• Board certification/equivalent in Maternal & Fetal Medicine.
