What You Will Do
• Lead end-to-end design, development, and implementation of scalable enterprise applications.
• Drive architectural decisions and ensure adherence to best coding practices, design patterns, and security standards.
• Develop backend services using Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and GraphQL.
• Implement and optimize rule-based systems (Drools, Decision engines, or similar).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, QA, DevOps, and UI/UX.
• Review code, provide mentorship, and guide junior developers.
• Own CI/CD implementation using Jenkins and integrate automated build and deployment pipelines.
• Troubleshoot performance issues and improve application scalability and reliability.
• Participate in sprint planning, technical grooming, and solution estimation.
• Ensure smooth integration with databases, APIs, and cloud services.
What You Will Need
Required Skills & Experience
• 6+ years of hands-on development experience with Core Java and Spring Boot.
• Strong expertise in REST APIs, GraphQL, and microservices architecture.
• Experience with rule-based development (Drools, JRule, Decision Manager, or similar).
• Solid understanding of JPA/Hibernate, SQL and NoSQL databases.
• 2 years of experience in React Js/Angular
• Proven experience with Jenkins for CI/CD automation.
• Exposure to containerization tools like Docker and orchestration platforms like Kubernetes (preferred).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to handle complex technical issues.
• Strong communication and leadership capabilities.
