Requirements
Diagnose, evaluate, and manage a wide range of adult medical conditions.
Develop individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based clinical guidelines.
Provide comprehensive inpatient and outpatient Internal Medicine services.
Coordinate patient care with multidisciplinary teams and referring physicians.
Interpret laboratory investigations, imaging studies, and diagnostic procedures.
Manage complex medical cases requiring multidisciplinary collaboration.
Supervise junior physicians and participate in clinical teaching where applicable.
Participate in medical audits, quality improvement initiatives, and clinical governance activities.
Ensure accurate, timely, and confidential medical documentation.
Promote preventive healthcare and patient education.
Maintain compliance with UAE healthcare regulations, hospital policies, and international accreditation standards.
