SearchPlus HR Consultancy is seeking an experienced Consultant Internal Medicine for a reputable healthcare provider in the UAE. The ideal candidate will hold a UK CCT in Internal Medicine and demonstrate strong clinical expertise in diagnosing, managing, and treating a wide range of adult medical conditions.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, and manage patients with acute and chronic medical conditions.
• Provide comprehensive inpatient and outpatient medical care.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and monitor patient progress.
• Manage complex medical cases and coordinate multidisciplinary care.
• Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with clinical guidelines.
• Collaborate with other specialists to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care.
• Participate in clinical audits, quality improvement initiatives, and continuing professional development.

Requirements

• UK CCT in Internal Medicine.
• Relevant specialist training and substantial clinical experience.
• Strong diagnostic, clinical decision-making, and patient management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Eligibility for consultant-level licensing with the relevant UAE health authority (DHA, DOH, or MOHAP), subject to the applicable requirements.
