Commercial Technologies manages the enterprise's portfolio of commercial technologies to maximize the business value of the technologies and enhance the customer experience. This function creates strategies for the portfolio and innovative solutions based on relationships with business leaders, develops back-end solutions and capabilities, and improves the front-end experience.
Innovation Technologies consults commercial teams on opportunities to leverage innovative commercial technologies to achieve business objectives and activate new capabilities. Applying expert knowledge of market-leading solutions, this job family partners with business leaders, assesses opportunities for innovation and initiates the implementation of solutions leveraging Commercial Technologies teams.
The position is responsible for the day-to-day administration, configuration, support, and continuous improvement of the organization's customer onboarding platform, OnBoard Express. This role serves as a key liaison between Sales, Operations, Customer Onboarding (COB), and other cross-functional stakeholders to ensure onboarding solutions and workflows effectively support the acquisition and onboarding of customers across multiple classes of trade.
Responsibilities
Administer, configure, maintain, and support the OnBoard Express platform, ensuring optimal system performance, usability, and alignment with business requirements
Partner with Sales, Operations, Customer Onboarding (COB), and other business stakeholders to identify, document, and implement enhancements that improve onboarding efficiency and user experience
Manage and maintain onboarding playbooks, workflows, business rules, and process documentation to support evolving business needs and regulatory requirements
Facilitate recurring stakeholder meetings, including weekly and monthly governance calls, to review priorities, enhancement requests, project status, issue resolution, and operational performance
Monitor active onboarding initiatives and projects, proactively identifying risks, delays, and bottlenecks while driving resolution and stakeholder communication
Administer user access, security roles, permissions, and account management for both internal and external platform users
Serve as the primary point of contact for system-related support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution, coordinating with technical and business teams as needed
Provide Tier 1 support for the organization's legacy Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform, including user account setup, access management, common issue resolution, and support of shared or group mailboxes
Develop and maintain relationships with business partners to ensure onboarding systems and processes continue to meet operational objectives and customer expectations
Participate in current and future business initiatives involving customer onboarding data, including system integrations, process automation efforts, data governance activities, and enterprise transformation projects
Assist with testing, validation, deployment, and change management activities related to platform enhancements, upgrades, and new functionality
Create and maintain system documentation, training materials, and operating procedures to support users and ensure knowledge transfer across teams
Analyze platform usage, process effectiveness, and onboarding performance metrics to identify opportunities for operational improvement and increased efficiency
Qualifications
4+ years of experience, preferred
Bachelor's degree in related field, preferred, or equivalent work experience, preferred
Anticipated salary range: $94,900 - $135,600
