The Team

ING Analytics aims, by using Data & AI, to differentiate ING as a leader in a data-driven organization, within the banking sector and beyond. The team consists of delivery tribes focused on the bank's key domains (such as Operations, Retail Banking and Wholesale Banking), local country analytics teams, as well as strong support areas around data management, technology, customer journey and UX.

You will be part of a team that works across the Analytics organization to support strategic priorities, communications, governance, and organizational initiatives. The team collaborates closely with senior stakeholders across countries, business lines and support functions to drive alignment and successful delivery of key initiatives.

Roles and Responsibilities

As a Consultant, you will support key strategic and operational initiatives across ING Analytics. Working closely with the Business Manager supporting the Chief Analytics Officer and the broader Analytics leadership team, you will help drive execution, coordination and alignment across a wide range of organizational priorities and stakeholder groups.

• Support planning, prioritization and follow-up of strategic and operational initiatives

• Prepare presentations, briefings and communication materials for internal and external stakeholders

• Support preparation of management team meetings, including agenda management, minutes and action tracking

• Coordinate and follow up on cross-functional topics across Analytics, countries and support functions

• Organize leadership meetings, events and offsites

• Support stakeholder management, ensuring alignment and timely communication

• Track and structure incoming requests and priorities, ensuring visibility and follow-up

• Contribute to process improvements and ways of working across teams

• Support selected projects and analyses related to strategy, reporting and operational improvements

Candidate Profile

• 1-3 years of experience in consulting, banking, or a similar environment

• Bachelor's or Master's degree (Business, Engineering, Finance or related field)

• Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills

• Strong communication skills in English

• Interest in Analytics or Strategy topics is a plus
