Job Description

Wipfli is seeking a Tier 2 Sage Intacct Client Experience Specialist to play a critical role in delivering proactive, consultative support to our Sage Intacct clients. This individual will serve as a trusted problem-solver for complex issues, help identify patterns and risks across the client base, and actively elevate the effectiveness of our support organization.This role will eventually align to a primary Wipfli industry, preferably Construction & Real Estate (CRE). While the specialist will assist with support coverage across industries (including NGE, Healthcare, and others), they will take ownership of CRE from a Client Success perspective, serving as a key point of accountability for industry-specific insights, trends, and best practices.The right candidate is naturally curious, highly proactive, confident in client-facing conversations, and comfortable mentoring others while navigating ambiguity.Experience with Sage Intacct’s Construction / Real Estate (CRE) modules is a strong plus.

Technology skills, Competencies, Roles, and Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate deep functional and technical expertise in Sage Intacct, including• multi-entity, consolidation, order entry, contracts, revenue recognition, projects, and reporting.• Lead end‑to‑end Sage Intacct implementations, translating complex business and accounting requirements into solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post‑go‑live support.• Act as a senior escalation point for complex production support cases,troubleshooting advanced configuration, integrations, data issues, and performance related challenges.• Exercise structured problem‑solving and root cause analysis, clearly documenting findings, recommendations, and resolution paths for clients and internal teams.• Establish project governance and collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to ensure successful delivery across the entire implementation lifecycle (Analyze/Design, Build/Test, Deploy, and Support).• Work directly with US‑based clients and offshore/onshore US teams, ensuringeffective communication, expectation management, and timely delivery.• Demonstrate flexibility to support late evening or overlapping US working hours as required for project delivery and client engagement.• Proactively identify process improvements, risks, and optimization opportunities for clients, with a focus on long‑term platform value and scalability.• Mentor, coach, and guide junior and mid‑level consultants, actively contributing to:o Technical skill developmento Functional domain knowledgeo Consulting and client communication skills• Take accountability for team growth and learning, including knowledge sharing, reviews, feedback, and best‑practice adoption.• Support leadership by contributing to process refinement, implementationstandards, reusable assets, and lesson‑learned documentation.• Build and maintain strong relationships with business, functional, and technical stakeholders to align objectives, timelines, and outcomes.• Support cross‑functional deliverables such as:o Functional & technical design documentso Data migration and validation strategieso Integration specificationso Security and role design

Preferences / Desired Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Business, Engineering, Operations• Management, Supply Chain, or Information Technology.• 7–8 years of relevant ERP consulting experience, with strong hands‑on Sage Intacct implementation exposure.• Proven experience handling complex support scenarios and advancedtroubleshooting in a live customer environment.• Experience leading or mentoring teams in a delivery or consulting role.• Strong understanding of core accounting concepts and business processes.• Hands‑on experience with data migration, validation, and reconciliation.• Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills with a risk‑aware and client‑focused mindset.• Ability to manage demanding client situations, drive decision‑making, and handle conflict professionally.• Experience working with Waterfall and Agile implementation methodologies.• Certified Sage Intacct Implementation Consultant (preferred).• Experience working in SaaS / Cloud ERP environments.• Self‑driven, adaptable, and committed to continuous learning and teamdevelopment.• Hands on experience with Sage Intacct; experience with other ERPs (Business Central, NetSuite, Acumatica, etc.) considered.• Experience supporting or implementing Construction / Real Estate (CRE) modules is highly desirable.• Familiarity with D365 for case management or similar support platforms.Additional Details• Work Location: Wipfli India – Bengaluru• Client Engagement: Direct interaction with US clients and US‑based teams• Shift Flexibility: Required (late evening / US overlap as needed)
