Overview

The RealPage Exchange Integration Consultant (Non-Sales) is responsible for working with AppPartners, 3rd party vendors and clients on paid integration consulting engagements and supporting AppPartners toward certifying on their integration into RealPage’s ecosystem. The Integration Consultant reports to the Senior Integration Consultant. This role is responsible for working with RealPage AppPartners to certify their application to RealPage Application Programming Interfaces (API). This role will serve as the relationship manager for assigned strategic integration projects. The ideal candidate will have experience across multiple RealPage products and have a proven track record of supporting both our internal and external clients.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following.

• Serve as the relationship manager for strategic integration projects with 3rd party vendors and clients.
• Work with 3rd party vendors and clients to understand needs
• Execute Statement of Works (SOWs) for non-AppPartners, including clients, for any integration consulting needs
• Drive certification of new AppPartner application engagements.
• Coordinate with Sales and Customer Success teams to advise clients and 3rd party vendors on new integration requests needed to support our common client’s business.
• Escalate any identified risks (data security, legal, client risk) to leaders.
• Partner with product development teams to advocate for client and 3rd party vendor integration related requests.
• Work with problem management and product support teams to facilitate resolution of escalations in a timely manner.
• Manage and track projects using the internal tracking system and departmental procedures.
• Prepare documentation and provide training on APIs routed through RealPage Exchange.
• Provide coverage for business as needed. This references implementations, responding to internal and external integration or order inquiries and management of incoming leads.

• Manage multiple projects independently with minimal supervision.

Preferred Experience

• 5+ years of Integration experience
• 10+ years of progressive experience
• Change agent, driver and evangelist for APIs and integrations
• Oversight and monetization of APIs and integrations (product, engineering, implementation)
• Coordinate and align working with various product and engineering leaders
• Strong people and leadership skills
• Technical degree plus MBA and/or business experience
• Experience with RealPage products, including the OneSite platform products, Accounting, Revenue Management and Renter Engagement Solutions, strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with.
• Multi and Singly Family industry
• Software as a service applications
• Workflow design in Visio or LucidChart

Pay Range

USD $85,200.00 - USD $145,200.00 /Yr.
