How You'll Make Your Mark

Your main tasks in this role are:

• As an HR Transformation Expert (f/m/d), you’ll support the implementation of the global People Strategy, driving impactful HR transformation initiatives
• You’ll coordinate and participate in strategic HR projects, ensuring alignment with global priorities and local needs
• You will support the design and evolution of HR transformation concepts, processes, helping to shape future ways of working across a global HR organisation
• Using strong conceptual and analytical thinking, you'll analyse data, assess complex HR processes, identify optimisation opportunities, to support decision-making and continuous improvement
• You’ll gather and translate business requirements into scalable global HR IT solutions
• You'll monitor and report on key targets and success metrics related to HR transformation
• Additionally, you’ll collaborate with various international stakeholders and support the exchange of best practices across borders through international meetings

Your Profile

The requirements of the role include:

• You bring several years of relevant professional experience in international projects, ideally with a focus on HR or transformation. A consultancy background is a plus
• You have advanced project and process management skills, with the ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously; experience in transformation initiatives is an advantage
• A solid understanding of HR processes, digitalisation, and HR IT solutions is a plus
• You combine strong conceptual thinking with analytical capabilities and enjoy translating complex challenges into structured and practical solutions
• You are highly structured, proactive, and open minded
• You are fluent in English; additional languages are a plus

Remuneration

Gross annual salary starting from € 62.500*
*willingness to overpay with appropriate qualifications
