As a Consultant in our HR & Talent Advisory team, you will work with a diverse portfolio of global clients across industries. You’ll play a critical role in diagnosing challenges, co-creating tailored solutions, and delivering high-impact programs that drive measurable business outcomes. What you’ll do

Key Responsibilities:

As a Consultantyou will

  • Participate in the end-to-end deliveryof consulting engagements as part of a high-performing team—ensuring workstreams are executed on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Assist with translating client challenges into actionable project plans that clearly define scope, deliverables, timelines, and resource needs.
  • Serve as a client contact, building trusted relationships and ensuring expectations are consistently met or exceeded.
  • Help facilitate workshops, interviews, and stakeholder sessionsto uncover insights, validate hypotheses, and co-create tailored solutions.
  • Assist with distilling complex data and qualitative inputinto clear, compelling presentations and strategic recommendations.
  • Apply structured problem-solving approachesto design practical, evidence-based solutions that drive measurable impact.
  • Support business development effortsby contributing to proposals, client pitches, and thought leadership.
  • Help to identify opportunities to expand client relationships, including upsell and cross-sell potential within active engagements.
  • Contribute to the development of proprietary frameworks, tools, and methodologiesthat enhance the practice’s capabilities.
  • Participate in rigorous project documentation, risk management, and compliancewith contractual and firm standards.
  • Aspire to stay ahead of industry trends and emerging practices, integrating relevant insights into client work and internal innovation.

About you

Required skill and experience

  • Education Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree (e.g., MBA, MA/MS in Organizational Psychology, HR, or related field) strongly preferred.
  • Experience
    • ConsultantsMinimum 2 years of experience in one or more areas such as Leadership Consulting, Culture Transformation, Organizational Design, Workforce Planning, HR Analytics, or Change Management, with a track record of strong project delivery and client engagement. Experience managing workstreams, supporting project management activities, and contributing to presales efforts (e.g., proposals, RFPs) is highly valued. Prior experience in an HR or peoplefocused consulting environment is ideal.
  • Industry Exposure Prior in-house experience within corporate HR or Talent functions is a plus.
  • Consulting Skills
    • Ability to manage multiple assignments independently in fast-paced environments.
    • Ability to comprehend complex client and internal challenges and create strong first drafts for deliverables.
    • Datadriven mindset, able to take in large amounts of data, make sense of it, and create meaningful insights.
    • Facilitation and presentation skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
    • Exceptional communication and relationship-building capabilities.
  • Project ManagementExperience managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
  • Technical Proficiency Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Innovation & Curiosity Interest or experience in applying AI and machine learning tools within consulting environments, with a point of view on their potential to transform client delivery models.

Compensation: $80,000 - $145,000per year plus bonus

Placement within this range is determined based on geographic location, experience, and other compensatory factors.

Benefits: Employees who opt into benefits as part of full-time employment include medical, dental, vision, term life and AD&D insurance, short-term and long-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, commuter benefits, wellness plans, and a 401k plan or a non-qualified deferred compensation plan. Available paid leave includes Personal Time Off (PTO) on an accrual basis per year, Paid Holidays, and up to 6 weeks of Paid Parental Leave.PTO and holiday hours are prorated based on hire date within the calendar year.
