As a Consultant Hand Surgeon at the Government Hospital, you will be responsible for the diagnosis, treatment, and surgical management of a broad range of hand and upper extremity disorders. Collaborating across multidisciplinary teams, you will develop individualized patient care plans and perform complex surgical procedures to optimize patient outcomes in line with best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and diagnose patients with hand and upper extremity conditions.
• Design and execute tailored treatment plans, including surgical interventions.
• Perform advanced hand surgical procedures with precision and empathy.
• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive patient care.
• Engage in continuous education to stay abreast of latest advancements in hand surgery.

Requirements

• Completion of Orthopedic Surgery residency and specialized fellowship training in Hand Surgery.
• Proven experience in managing and surgically treating various hand conditions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively within a team.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Commitment to high-quality patient care and adherence to government healthcare standards.
