In particolare, entrando a far parte del Team di Governance, Risk & Compliance di Milano potrai aiutare le aziende a trasformare i rischi in opportunità per migliorare la loro organizzazione e l’evoluzione dei loro sistemi di governance, ottenendo un vantaggio competitivo e offrendo soluzioni integrate e approcci innovativi per la gestione strategica del rischio.

Nello specifico, ti occuperai di:

• Definire nuovi modelli per il customer risk profiling, name screening e transaction monitoring in ambito anti-financial crime;
• Autovalutazione del rischio di riciclaggio;
• Definizione dei business requirements legati a progetti innovativi (es. implementazione di prodotti e servizi ad alto contenuto tecnologico), per garantire il presidio dei rischi di riciclaggio

Come As You Are - Le tue competenze e caratteristiche

Questa opportunità è perfetta per te se:

• Conosci ed hai esperienza in ambito anti-financial crime;
• Hai una laurea magistrale o un Master in Economia, Finanza o Giurisprudenza;
• Hai interesse per i Financial Services (settore bancario e/o assicurativo) e una buona conoscenza del framework normativo del settore finanziario;
• Hai un’ottima conoscenza dell’inglese, preferibilmente con esperienze di studio e/o lavoro all’estero.

When you join the Governance, Risk, Compliance and Sustainability Services team, you will help companies transform risks into opportunities for the improvement of their organisation and evolution of their governance systems to gain a competitive edge and offer integrated solutions and innovative approaches for strategic risk management.

By joining our Governance, Risk & Compliance team in Milano, you will be involved in projects to define governance, risk management and legislative compliance strategies in the Financial Services sector.

Specifically, you will be responsible for:

• Defining new models for customer risk profiling, name screening, and transaction monitoring in the anti-financial crime field;
• Self-assessment of money laundering risk;
• Defining business requirements related to innovative projects (e.g., implementation of high-tech products and services) to ensure the management of money laundering risks.

Come As You Are - Your Skills and Characteristics

This opportunity is perfect for you if:

• You have knowledge and experience in the anti-financial crime field;
• You hold a master's degree in Economics, Finance, or Law with excellent grades;
• You have an interest in Financial Services (banking and/or insurance sector) and a good understanding of the regulatory framework of the financial sector;
• You have excellent English skills, preferably supported by study and/or work experience abroad.

You are a problem solver and never lose sight of your goals. You have strong interpersonal skills and are a team player. Your motivation and enthusiasm inspire confidence and empower change. You enjoy taking on challenges and are comfortable in fast-changing situations where your leadership abilities make the difference.
