Requirements

• Evaluate, diagnose, and manage patients requiring general surgical interventions
• Perform a wide array of general surgical procedures, ensuring adherence to safety protocols
• Provide comprehensive preoperative and postoperative care to facilitate optimal recovery
• Collaborate cross-functionally to develop individualized patient treatment plans
• Educate patients and families on surgical procedures, risks, and postoperative care
• Maintain detailed and accurate medical documentation
• Participate in continuing education, clinical research, and quality improvement initiatives
