About the team and your impact

In the Energy Consulting area, we have a global team of approximately 60 professionals specialized in this vertical.

As a Consultant, your responsibilities will include:

• Analysis and solution proposals Analyzing information to develop solution proposals. This involves identifying needs, risks, and opportunities, as well as proposing alternatives and improvements.
• Project management Planning, executing, and monitoring tasks, ensuring the quality of deliverables and achieving established goals.
• Client relationship Building a close relationship with clients, understanding their needs, and providing solutions that add value.
• Team development and leadership Motivating, training, and guiding less experienced colleagues, as well as managing and leading teams.

What are we looking for in you?

• Approximately 1 to 2 years of experience in consulting projects within the Energy sector
• Knowledge in PMO, Change Management, analytics, among others.
• Ability to work in English Other languages (French, Italian, Portuguese, etc.) are valued, as you may participate in international projects.
• Availability to work from São Paulo City
