Job Description

Talentspoc is seeking a qualified and experienced Consultant in Family Medicine with a valid Ministry of Health (MOH) license. The successful candidate will provide expert clinical care, focusing on preventive medicine, acute and chronic disease management, and health promotion. This role requires collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient-centered care, while adhering to MOH guidelines and standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed patient assessments and comprehensive physical examinations.
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic health conditions in accordance with MOH protocols.
• Develop individualized treatment and preventive care plans tailored to patient needs.
• Provide patient and family education on health maintenance and disease prevention.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to coordinate multidisciplinary care.
• Maintain accurate and compliant medical records following MOH regulations.
• Participate in MOH public health initiatives and community outreach programs.

Requirements

• Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited medical school.
• Board certification in Family Medicine.
• Valid and active Ministry of Health (MOH) license.
• Minimum of 5 years clinical experience in Family Medicine.
• Strong knowledge of MOH guidelines and healthcare regulations.
• Excellent clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
• Commitment to continuous medical education and staying current with medical advances.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
