Are you a recent graduate or young professional with a passion for Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing (MEP) systems, HVAC, electrical engineering, or Facility Management (FM)? Do you want to work on landmark projects, learn from industry experts, and shape the future of sustainable buildings?

As a Junior Consultant, you’ll be part of our growing Consulting team in Paris, contributing to high-impact projects across France and Europe.

• Support the analysis and optimisation of client projects in Real Estate
• Assist in audits of technical building systems and FM services, focusing on HVAC, electrical systems, and BMS performance
• Provide second opinions on technical solutions, exploring energy-saving measures, renewable integration, and sustainable design alternatives
• Contribute to the preparation, evaluation, and optimisation of service specifications and contract documents
• Support cost and service analyses to deliver efficient, high-quality technical solutions
• Engage with clients and stakeholders, assisting in presentations and negotiations

Qualifications

• Bachelor´s or master’s degree in building services engineering, Facility Management, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or a related field
• First professional experience (internship or full-time) in an engineering office, construction site, or FM environment is a plus
• Basic knowledge of BMS systems, AutoCAD/Revit, or CAFM tools is an advantage
• Strong skills in MS Office; familiarity with energy modelling or technical analysis tools is beneficial
• Excellent communication skills in English and French; German is highly valued for client interaction
• Willingness to travel within the region
• Proactive, eager to learn, and motivated to work in a collaborative, high-performance environment
