Job Description

We are currently seeking an experienced and highly qualified Consultant ENT Surgeon to join prestigious healthcare facilities across the UAE.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose, evaluate, and manage a wide range of ear, nose, and throat conditions.
• Perform advanced ENT surgical procedures, including elective and emergency surgeries.
• Manage complex cases involving sinus diseases, hearing disorders, tonsillar conditions, and head and neck disorders.
• Perform procedures such as functional endoscopic sinus surgery (FESS), septoplasty, tonsillectomy, adenoidectomy, and other relevant ENT surgeries.
• Provide comprehensive outpatient consultations and inpatient management.
• Evaluate and manage emergency ENT cases requiring immediate medical or surgical intervention.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based clinical practices.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality patient care.
• Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with UAE healthcare regulations.
• Participate in clinical governance, quality improvement, and departmental development initiative

Requirements

• Australian-recognized Specialist Qualification in Otolaryngology / ENT.
• Fellowship of the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons (FRACS) in Otolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery, or an equivalent recognized Australian specialist qualification.
• Relevant post-specialization clinical and surgical experience.
• Demonstrated expertise in independently managing complex ENT cases and performing advanced surgical procedures.
• Strong clinical judgment, leadership, and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
