【ポジション概要】

ERMでは、サステナビリティ、エネルギー・トランジション、エネルギー効率化などの領域において、クライアント企業の変革をサポートするコンサルタントを募集しています。
本ポジションでは、プロジェクトマネジャーの指示のもと、リサーチ・データ分析・資料作成・課題整理・クライアント対応のサポートなど、実務中心のコンサルティング業務を担当いただきます。

国内外のチームおよびクライアントと協働しながら、エネルギー領域に関する専門性を伸ばし、将来的なプロジェクトリードを目指せるポジションです。

【主な業務内容】

• サステナビリティ／エネルギー・トランジション領域の調査・資料作成

• データ収集・分析・整理およびインサイト導出

• クライアント向け提案資料・報告書の作成（PPT／Word）

• プロジェクトマネジャーのサポート業務（進捗管理補助、調整業務等）

• 海外チームとの連携サポート（英語でのチャット・メール対応を含む）

• クライアントのエネルギー関連課題（転換、効率化、最適化等）への分析・改善案の準備

• ワークショップやミーティングの準備・実施サポート

【応募要件】

＜必須要件＞

• 戦略コンサルタント、業務コンサルタント、またはそれに準ずる業務の経験
  （※プロジェクトマネジメント経験は必須ではありません）

• サステナビリティ・エネルギー・トランジション・効率化領域への強い興味関心

• PPTを用いた資料作成スキル

• 基礎的なコンサルティングスキル

• ロジカルシンキング

• データ整理・分析

• 資料化・示唆出し

• 英語での読み書きが可能な方（海外メンバーとの情報共有のため）

【歓迎要件】

• エネルギー領域（再エネ、石油・ガス、ユーティリティ等）での業務または分析経験

• サステナビリティ・脱炭素（Net Zero）・ESG関連の業務経験

• コンサルティングファームでのアナリスト／アソシエイト経験

ERM is seeking a Consultant to support clients in sustainability, energy transition, and energy efficiency. In this role, you will work under the guidance of a Project Manager and be responsible for research, data analysis, document creation, issue identification, and client-facing support. This is a hands-on consulting position focused on delivering high-quality project execution.

By working closely with teams and clients both in Japan and globally, you will have the opportunity to deepen your expertise in the energy domain and build the foundation to eventually lead projects in the future.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct research and prepare materials related to sustainability and energy transition

• Collect, analyze, and structure data to generate insights

• Develop client deliverables and proposals (PowerPoint / Word)

• Support Project Managers with project coordination and progress tracking

• Assist collaboration with overseas teams, including communication via chat and email in English

• Analyze client challenges in the energy domain (transition, efficiency, optimization, etc.) and prepare improvement suggestions

• Support the preparation and execution of workshops and client meetings
  

Required Qualifications

• Experience as a strategy consultant, operations consultant, or equivalent business role
  ( Project management experience is not required)

• Strong interest in sustainability, energy transition, or energy efficiency

• Proficiency in preparing documents using PowerPoint

• Foundational consulting skills, including:

  • Logical thinking

  • Data structuring and analysis

  • Developing insights and recommendations

• Ability to read and write in English for coordination with global teams
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the energy sector (renewables, oil & gas, utilities, etc.) or related analytical work

• Experience in sustainability, decarbonization (Net Zero), or ESG-related work

• Analyst/Associate experience at a consulting firm
