Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Talend Developer with 3-5 years of hands-on experience in end-to-end ETL/ELT development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and supporting scalable data integration solutions using Talend, Snowflake, Oracle, Java, and Python.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Talend ETL/ELT jobs and data integration solutions.
• Build and optimize data pipelines integrating data from Oracle, Snowflake, and other enterprise data sources.
• Develop complex data transformations and automation using Talend, Java, and Python.
• Enhance ETL performance, scalability, and data quality through SQL and workflow optimization.
• Troubleshoot production issues, provide ongoing support, and ensure reliable data delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality data solutions.
• Mentor junior developers and promote coding standards, best practices, and technical excellence.

Skill Requirements

• 3-5 years of hands-on experience in Talend development and data integration.
• Strong expertise in Talend ETL/ELT, Snowflake, and Oracle databases.
• Proficiency in SQL, Java, and Python.
• Experience in performance tuning, data quality, and large-scale data processing.
• Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and analytical skills.
• Experience working in Agile delivery environments.

Other Requirements

• Exposure to cloud data platforms and modern data warehouse solutions.
• Knowledge of CI/CD and data pipeline automation practices.
