We are expanding our Digital & Transformation Consulting team and are looking for ambitious individuals who are eager to shape and deliver impactful digital solutions for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

You will contribute to a range of client projects, with responsibilities aligned to your experience level

Digital Transformation Delivery

• Supporting and/or leading the delivery of digital transformation initiatives across client operations.

• Assessing client processes and identifying opportunities for digital tools, automation, and workflow optimisation.

Process & Technology Insight

• Translating business needs into clear technical requirements and solution designs.

• Advising on or contributing to P2P process and workflow design.

• Bringing experience with systems such as Zip, Jaggaer, Coupa, Ariba, Ivalua, or similar platforms (advantageous but not essential).

Stakeholder Engagement

• Building trusted relationships with stakeholders at various levels.

• Facilitating workshops, discovery sessions, and requirements gathering activities.

Project Management & Change

• Supporting or managing project delivery, timelines, risks, and outputs.

• Leading workshops, project modules, or teams (scope dependent on experience).

What We’re Looking For

We welcome applicants with a range of experience, typically c.2–8 years in digital transformation consulting. The ideal candidate will demonstrate:

• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.

• An understanding of digital transformation principles, tools, and technologies.

• Experience with procurement or P2P processes (desirable).

• The ability to work collaboratively in a client‑facing environment.

• Confidence communicating technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.

• Familiarity with project management techniques; experience owning or leading workstreams is an advantage for more experienced applicants.

This is primarily a client-facing role, with the flexibility to work remotely when possible.
