SearchPlus HR invites applications from highly qualified and experienced Consultants in Critical Care Medicine holding American, UK, or recognized Western Board certification. This role involves providing expert care to critically ill patients in intensive care units, leading multidisciplinary teams, and contributing to the advancement of critical care services within a dynamic healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, and manage patients with life-threatening conditions requiring critical care interventions.
• Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary critical care teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Implement and oversee advanced life support and monitoring technologies.
• Collaborate with other medical specialties and healthcare professionals for comprehensive patient care.
• Contribute to clinical research, audits, and quality improvement initiatives.
• Provide mentorship, training, and education to junior medical staff and trainees.
• Ensure compliance with relevant clinical guidelines and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Medical degree and board certification in Critical Care Medicine from American, UK, or other recognized Western Boards.
• Extensive experience (minimum 5 years) in critical care clinical practice.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage complex and high-acuity patient cases.
