About the role:
As a Consultant, Change and Improvement you will be part of the university-wide change management and improvement function. In collaboration with the Principal Consultant and key stakeholders, you will take a proactive approach to delivering change management, process improvement and development of solutions on priority projects, processes and initiatives.
You will work collaboratively to drive and deliver consistent change and process improvement practices, identify and understand challenges and opportunities, facilitate outcomes and implement university-wide frameworks and governance practices to deliver robust, end-to-end change management and process improvement services in collaboration with leaders and teams.
