We are seeking a highly skilled Consultant Cardiac Surgeon for a premier role within the private healthcare sector. This role is ideal for a highly skilled cardiac surgeon seeking to work in a dynamic and patient-focused environment.

The Consultant Cardiac Surgeon will be responsible for delivering exceptional surgical care, promoting best practices in patient management, and contributing to the growth and reputation of the private healthcare institution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform a variety of cardiac surgical procedures including, but not limited to, coronary artery bypass grafting, valve repair and replacement, and other advanced cardiac surgeries.
• Provide expert consultations and develop comprehensive treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.
• Coordinate pre-operative and post-operative care to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including cardiologists, anesthetists, and nursing staff.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of advancements in cardiac surgery to ensure the highest standard of care.
• Participate in patient education and counseling to support informed decision-making and adherence to treatment protocols.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• M.D. or equivalent medical qualification with board certification in cardiac surgery.
• Proven track record with at least 6 years of experience in cardiac surgery, preferably in the private sector.
• Demonstrated expertise in performing a wide range of cardiac surgical procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with patients and healthcare teams.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage complex cases efficiently.
• Commitment to maintaining clinical excellence and adhering to ethical standards.
• Experience in private healthcare settings is highly advantageous.
