Sia’s Financial Services Business Unit provides a comprehensive suite of core capabilities designed to address the diverse and evolving needs of our clients, enabling them to navigate complex challenges, seize new opportunities, and achieve their strategic objectives in an increasingly competitive and dynamic business environment.

We are seeking a Business Analyst with experience in trade reporting, regulatory reporting, and RegTech transformation to support complex technology-driven change programs.

You will work closely with business, compliance, and technology stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions that enhance reporting accuracy, controls, and regulatory compliance. Experience with Novatus (En:ACT) is a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities

Business Analysis & Requirements

  • Gather and document business and functional requirements (BRDs, user stories, process flows)

  • Analyze current-state processes and define future-state solutions

  • Identify gaps in reporting workflows, controls, and data architecture

  • Translate business requirements into system and data specifications

  • Support platform implementations, enhancements, and reporting system modernization

  • Participate in UAT, test case design, defect tracking, and release readiness

Trade Reporting & Regulatory Transformation

  • Support reporting initiatives across frameworks such as MiFID II , EMIR, SFTR, and Dodd Frank

  • Improve reporting processes through automation, controls, and data governance

  • Ensure completeness, accuracy, and timeliness of regulatory submissions

  • Support implementation of RegTech solutions (e.g., Novatus) for validation, reconciliation, and exception management

Stakeholder Engagement, Data and Reporting

  • Act as liaison between business, compliance, and technology teams

  • Facilitate workshops and communicate complex regulatory/technical concepts clearly

  • Analyze datasets to support reporting logic, reconciliation, and controls

  • Define data mappings, KPIs, and reporting dashboards

  • Support data quality, lineage, and governance initiatives

Qualifications

Required

  • 4–6+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst in financial services, consulting, or regulatory environments

  • Strong experience in trade reporting / regulatory reporting / RegTech

  • Proven track record in requirements gathering and technology delivery

  • Solid understanding of reporting controls, data quality, and compliance workflows

Preferred

  • Experience with Novatus (En:ACT) or similar RegTech platforms

  • Exposure to trade reporting ecosystems, ARMs, or trade repositories

  • Experience in consulting or large-scale transformation programs
