Hoe ziet een werkdag eruit?
· Je staat uitzendkrachten telefonisch te woord bij vragen over de planning, beschikbaarheden, …
· Je staat in direct contact met de klant over de planning van de volgende dag en communiceert deze ook met de uitzendkrachten
· Indien nodig ga je bij afwezigheden nog op zoek naar extra medewerkers om de continuïteit te garanderen op de werkvloer
· Je begeleidt starters bij de opstart en zorgt voor een warm onthaal
· Je werkt mee aan de dagelijkse rapportering
Wat verwachten we van jou?
· Je bent communicatief sterk en spreekt vlot Nederlands, Engels en Frans
· Je bent heel sterk in plannen, dankzij jou staat iedereen juist op de planning
· Je kan snel schakelen bij deadlines
· Je bent administratief sterk
· Je beschikt over een bachelor diploma of gelijkwaardig door ervaring en bent gepassioneerd door mensen.
· Je bent flexibel naar uren en weekendwerk toe
