Job Description

What You’ll Do:

Social Security Operations (Spain)

  • Manage and process Social Security requests for Spanish clients.
  • Prepare and submit declarations for:
    • Sick leave, accidents, maternity/paternity leave.
    • Employee transfers (company/branch), suspensions, retirements.
    • Strikes and hiring/termination events.
  • Generate and send debt certificates and employee reports (weekly/monthly).
  • Handle shift changes (part-time/full-time) and working time updates.
  • Resolve complex cases using SAP related to Spanish Social Security.

Support:

  • Provide support to the French and Portuguese social security teams during peak activity periods

RPA Controller Responsibilities

  • Monitor and ensure smooth functioning of automation robots.
  • Maintain and update Process Definition Documents (PDD).
  • Liaise with the RPA support team in India for troubleshooting.

Client-Facing Engagement

  • Internal: Collaborate with Tier 2 and RPA teams.
  • External: Own end-to-end client interactions and coordinate with Spanish Social Security organizations.

What You Bring:

  • Fluency in Spanish and English
  • Strong knowledge of Spanish Social Security regulations and procedures.
  • Experience with SAP and RPA tools is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple client relationships and deliver high-quality service.
