A Software Consultant, Associate assists clients with the implementation and configuration of software solutions by gathering requirements and collaborating with technical teams for integration. They provide guidance on software functionality, troubleshoot issues, and offer support to ensure operational continuity after implementation. The role also involves communication with clients and teams, delivering training, and contributing to the project’s success.
A Typical Day in the Life Includes:
Assess customer needs and recommend software solutions
Gather customer requirements and collaborate with Solution Architect on solution designs
Collaborate with technical teams on integrations and customizations
Develop functional design specifications and technical designs
Resolve issues by analyzing and addressing challenges
Communicate technical details, status updates, and strategies to customers
Collaborate with global teams within Infor and at the customer
Working Hours: 11.00 AM to 8.00 PM
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in technology, business information systems or related
1 or more years of experience in software implementations or similar capacity
Ability to prioritize workload effectively
Excellent interpersonal skills, English language proficiency
Comfortable working remotely or on-site
Experience with software implementation processes
Experience with software integration tools or systems (e.g., ERP systems)
