The opportunity

We are looking for Consultant(s) and/or Senior Consultant(s) to join our growing Finance Consulting team in Helsinki.

You will collaborate with CFO organizations, finance leaders, and key stakeholders in international project environments as part of EY’s global consulting network. Together with experienced colleagues, you will use leading methodologies and transformation frameworks to deliver measurable client impact.

The position is permanent and full-time, with a flexible start date and expected onboarding in autumn 2026.

Within the CFO agenda, you would work on topics such as:

• Finance vision, strategy, and transformation: contributing to finance vision, strategy, operating models, and processes that support corporate strategy.
• Finance technology and data: defining architectures, data models, and automation solutions that improve finance processes and reporting.
• Finance processes and shared services developing efficient, customer-centric end-to-end processes such as Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, and Record-to-Report.
• Planning, reporting, and analytics: improving FP&A processes, reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and analytics through integrated solutions.
• Sustainability in finance: supporting reporting and operating model development linked to changing sustainability requirements.
• M&A support: helping finance organizations manage process and operating model changes in integrations and carve-outs.

Skills and attributes for success

We value an entrepreneurial mindset, proactive attitude, and ability to thrive in dynamic, international teams. You are interested in finance transformation, motivated to build data-driven capabilities, and comfortable in client-facing, project-based work.

What we look for

• Academic degree in the field of business, e.g., Accounting, Economics, Finance, Industrial Engineering and Management, or equivalent
• Good written and oral skills in Finnish and English
• For Consultant: recent graduate with 0–3 years of experience, preferably from management consulting, finance, or business controlling
• For Senior Consultant: 3–5 years of relevant experience in accounting, finance, business controlling, or management consulting, including project delivery experience
