TransUnion is looking to hire a Consultant, AdOperationsas a member of our Measurement Integration Operations team.
The ideal candidate will be an analytical and critical thinker with a demonstratedtrack recordof performing highly detailed/technical work in an agile environment.
The primary goal of this position is to serve as a Subject Matter Expert driving operational excellence for our Data Management Platform and Multi-Touch Attribution (MTA) clients. This includes ensuring seamless execution of integrations, consistent delivery workflows, data quality oversight, and efficient issue resolution across externaladtech platforms.
In addition, this role requires the ability to lead and prioritize operational initiatives, collaborate cross-functionally, and provide clear, actionable guidance to internal teams (i.e., Product, Sales, Engineering), partners, and clients. A strong focus onissueidentification, documentation, scalability, and continuous improvement is essential tomaintainingreliable platform performance anda high-quality client experience.
3-4years of experiencein Advertising Operations, Ad Tech, or Digital Media Operations
Deep knowledge of programmatic advertising workflows, ad serving, measurement, and the AdTech/MarTechecosystem
Strong analytical skills with the ability toleveragedata toidentifyroot cause anddeterminepath to resolution
Experience partnering cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Commercial, and external partners
Strong communicationskills with the ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical audiences
Great teammate-leader with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability toestablishtrust and credibility with partners and stakeholders and inspire effective collaboration across teams
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

Impeccable organizational, operational, analytical, presentation, and project management skills combined with excellent verbal and written communication skills
Familiarity with Excel concepts such asPivot Tables,VLOOKUP, INDEXMATCH, etc.
Familiarity with file servers using Google Cloud Platform, Amazon Web Services or FTPs
Working knowledge of HTML/JavaScript/SQL (or related programming tools) is a plus
Ability todemonstratestrong mathematical and problem-solving skills
Familiarity with market research, attribution methods, big data, modeling approaches, and marketing concepts

As a Consultant,Advertising Operations, youwillberesponsible forexecuting and supporting advertising and measurement workflows across TransUnion’s platforms.You’llplay a critical role in ensuring operational excellence, supporting partner integrations, and scaling best practices as we continue to evolve our advertising and identity solutions.
Key responsibilities include:
Coordinate the setup,QAand maintenance of measurement integrations for our clients
Serve asthe primaryescalation point for complex operational or partner issues, driving resolution and root-cause analysis
Partner closely with Product and Engineering to support platform enhancements, troubleshooting, and new feature launches
Monitor performance metrics and operational KPIs toidentifytrends, risks, and improvement opportunities
Support onboarding and enablement for new partners, products, and platform capabilities
Establish and refine operational processes, documentation, and training to improve efficiency and consistency
Ensure adherence to data governance, compliance, and privacy standards across all operational activities
