Absence Management Consultant

Serves as a consultant to management and team members regarding ADA/STD/LTD/FMLA programs and policies. Coordinates, reviews, analyzes and investigates ADA/STD/LTD/FMLA claims within established guidelines. Participates in training programs and presentations to communicate details of how Absence Management programs work and builds team member/manager understanding. Performs administrative support functions including document preparation, filing, copying, faxing, scanning, etc. Maintains confidentiality of employee data and sensitive Human Resources (HR) issues. Provides statistical and analytical reports for management use. Works closely with the HR team to consistently deliver high quality customer service to internal and external customers, and provide professional representation of the department.
