Klick Consulting is looking for a Consultant to support healthcare, pharmaceutical, medical device, and biotech clients through research, analysis, and strategic problem solving. This role helps turn complex client questions into clear insights, recommendations, and deliverables. The Consultant will collaborate with cross-functional teams across strategy, behavioral science, digital, data, and AI/ML to support work from strategy through market testing.

What You’ll Do

  • Gather primary and secondary research across healthcare, pharmaceutical, medical device, and biotech markets to inform client strategy.
  • Analyze client data, research findings, and market inputs to identify insights, implications, and business opportunities.
  • Support customer, stakeholder, and expert interviews by preparing guides, capturing findings, and synthesizing themes.
  • Communicate recommendations through clear written, visual, and verbal deliverables for client and internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support workshops, project planning, scoping, and client-ready strategic outputs.

Qualifications

Required:

  • 3+ years of consulting experience in healthcare, technology, data, or life sciences, with examples of client-facing project work.
  • Experience conducting primary and secondary research, including interview support, data gathering, and synthesis into actionable insights.
  • Experience analyzing qualitative and quantitative inputs and translating findings into presentations, reports, or strategic recommendations.
  • Experience supporting client workshops, requirements gathering, or alignment sessions with documented outcomes or decisions.
  • Post-graduate degree such as an MBA, MPH, MSc, or equivalent practical experience in consulting, healthcare, or strategy.

Desired:

  • Comfort and enthusiasm for using AI as a regular part of how work gets done.
  • Experience with design thinking, foresight, future thinking, or co-creation methods in client or project settings.
  • Experience supporting project scoping, work planning, timelines, or workstream coordination across multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience presenting strategic recommendations to senior clients or cross-functional healthcare stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with pharmaceutical, medical device, biotech, or broader healthcare commercialization challenges.

Additional Information

This posting is for an existing vacancy at Klick.

The base salary range for this position is between CAD $100,000 - $120,000. The final amount offered will be determined based on several factors such as a candidate’s work location, their unique skill set, education, and prior work experience.
