The purpose of this role is to establish and operate a growth practice, setting the growth strategy for an offering or a scope of business. Achieve business results by Coaching and managing a team of Business Development professionals.
Key responsibilities:
Establishes and executes the growth strategy for a growth team focused on new logo and cross/up-sell to existing clients
Oversees demand generation, account growth planning and proactive targeting strategy for driving pipe volume
Manages a large pipeline of deal flow and enforces adherence to the standard growth methodology and adoption of Engine Room
Develops and leverages strong working relationships with leadership to align on targeted services, strong value propositions, pricing, process and support structure to drive growth
Defines budget needs for sales resources and subsequent tools and support required to generate and win new business
Ensures coordination with multiple markets, LoBs and Alliance Partnerships to grow company revenue
Leads and develops a high performing Growth team
Maintains strong working relationships with influencers, i.e., consultants, analysts, comms team, etc
