About the Role
We’re hiring future-ready engineers who want to be at the intersection of AI innovation, software engineering, and enterprise architecture. You will be a core contributor to solutions that use AI agents, microservices, and full stack engineering to build real-world applications in domains such as Audit, Tax, ESG, and Legal transformation.
You’ll be part of the Agentic AI Engineering Pod within KPMG Delivery Network (KDN) AI Foundry, working across modern AI platforms, intelligent orchestration frameworks, and cloud-native development environments.
Key Expectations from the Role
•Develop and validate AI/ML models for enterprise-grade use cases (audit, tax, ESG, legal, compliance).
•Perform statistical testing, simulation, and uncertainty quantification to ensure robustness of AI deliverables.
•Support data wrangling, exploratory data analysis, and visualization for large structured/unstructured datasets.
•Contribute to hallucination prevention systems, reliability scoring, and trust layers for AI agents.
•Collaborate with KDN squads on MVP development, PoC, and production of AI agents.
•Document research findings in Confluence, align with governance processes, and present results to leadership.
Key KPI/Metrics
•Number of validated AI prototypes delivered.
•Contribution to accuracy, stability, and explainability of AI models.
•Quality of research documentation and handover into production squad
Required
•Strong knowledge of statistics, probability, and optimization.
•Proficiency in Python/ R, libraries like Num Py, Pandas, Scikit learn, Tensor Flow, Py Torch.
•Familiarity with data engineering workflows and cloud (Azure /AWS/ GCP).
•Ability to design experiments, interpret results, and communicate clearly.
Good to Have
•Experience in NLP, reinforcement learning, Bayesian methods, or econometrics.
•Exposure to agentic AI frameworks (Lang Chain, Auto gen, Crew AI).
