Consultant:

The Advisory Strategy Enablement (ASE) team at KDNI is currently seeking a PMO Support to support internal projects. The role requires liaising with regional contacts and country contacts globally.

This role will also require strong client management with an ability to build relationships and understand their needs to ensure we are meeting their expectations.

• Develop and maintaining the program management plan, integrated master schedule, weekly and monthly status reports
• Develop reporting and dashboards including project financials (e.g., Accruals, Budget Vs Actuals, Bookings & Opportunities, Investment Planning)
• Lead annual budget exercise for the projects and collate data from multiple stakeholders
• Would be required to assist the onshore team with Business Intelligence, Analytics, and other reporting capabilities
• Identify appropriate tools, methods and templates that are required for the execution of projects / assignments
• Engage with key stakeholders and client subject matter experts. Build relationships with senior stakeholders/ onshore stakeholders

•5+ years of experience as a Project Manager or similar role.
•Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, PowerPoint and Excel)
•Proficient in PowerApps, Power Automate, & PowerBI (Power Platform)
•Experience with Jira and Microsoft Project will be an advantage
•Ability to work under pressure and with an organized approach
•Ability to proactively manage reporting deadlines and prepare draft reports for review at least 2 days prior to deadlines
•Advanced degree or professional certification (e.g., PMP / MBA is a plus)
•Proficiency in Project / Program Management.
