What will you do?
Leverage your strong foundation in consulting skills to enhance our impact in client engagements and to create new solutions for our teams to deliver in future client engagements.
Working in tandem with managers to prepare high quality presentations, proposals and documents to be used in client engagements and business development.
Independently managing end-to-end projects and identifying areas of improvement of new processes and design and implementing effective solutions within your area of expertise.
Following up and implementing the proposed solutions at clients’ sites.
Developing project work plans, progress trackers and status report, alongside being able to identify project critical paths, project risk, mitigation plans and issue management.
Support the engagement of clients through meetings, interviews and workshops to collect data and identify challenges.
Support the dss + knowledge base through creating best practice project content and standardizing project practices and templates.
Who are you?
Has operation management experience in one or more of the following industries: Chemicals, Mining & Metals, Oil & Gas, Industrial Manufacturing.
Experience in management consulting firms is preferred.
Master/Bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering, mechanical engineering and other related are preferred.
Understand project management methodology, good data analysis, presentation and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment with people at all levels in an organization.
Good interpersonal understanding and communication skills.
Excellent command of Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
Fluency in English and Mandarin, both written and verbal.
Can accept 80% travel rate.
