Save the Children is currently implementing the ELEVATE Program (Economic Livelihood Capabilities and Violence Elimination for Women) across Luwu, North Luwu, and East Luwu Regencies with financial support from the European Union. The program aims to break the cycle of gender-based vulnerability by integrating prevention and response mechanisms for Gender-Based Violence (GBV) with women's economic empowerment initiatives. Each district presents unique opportunities, challenges, and levels of progress, requiring a structured coordination mechanism to ensure effective implementation and achievement of program objectives. During Year 1 implementation, various achievements, innovations, lessons learned, and promising practices have emerged through collaboration with government institutions, community groups, women-led organizations, village-level structures, and targeted participants. These experiences constitute valuable evidence that should be systematically documented to support program accountability, organizational learning, knowledge sharing, advocacy, donor reporting, and future programming. To ensure that these achievements and lessons are captured professionally and communicated effectively, the ELEVATE Program seeks to engage consultant to support the documentation of best practices, collection of high-quality visual materials, development of human-interest stories, and editorial review of the final report.
